Studio Policies
Punctuality & Cancellation
Please leave time for Bali traffic. We hold appointments for 15 minutes. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 12 hours before your booking.
Refill Policy
You need at least 40% of your extensions remaining for a refill. If your current set is from another salon, we charge for removal and a new set.
Touch-ups
If you notice unusual lash fallout within the first 3 days, message us so we can arrange a free touch-up.
